Greetings!

I am Lorena P. Alvarado, a resident of #8616 Captiva Court, 32817, Orlando Florida,

USA with USCIS Number 203-208-372 issued on June 8, 2012 and I have been living in
the United States since June 8, 2012.

I left U.S. last October 2018 and stayed in the Philippines for almost six (6) months and I
arrived in Orlando last April 15, 2019. During my stay there, I was not able to finish some
of my obligations and I need more time to settle our family properties among our children.

In this connection, I would like to ask permission in granting me to leave the United States
on June 5, 2019 to finish our unsettled responsibilities particularly on our properties to be
equally divided among our siblings and to come back in an indefinite period as soon as
such be resolved.
