CITY RESOLUTION NO. 2012-048

A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING SINCERE SYMPATHY AND
HEARTFELT CONDOLENCE TO THE BEREAVED FAMILY OF
THE LATE HON. JOSE JARRY P. MONDEJAR.

WHEREAS, Hon. Jose Jarry P. Mondejar who was born on June 19,
1951 died on August 12, 2012 at the age of 61 yrs. old;

WHEREAS, during his lifetime, the late Hon. Jose Jarry P. Mondejar,
began his public service and served the then Municipality of Cabadbaran as
member of Municipal Council from 1980 up to 1986;

WHEREAS, forever a public servant, Hon. Jose Jarry Mondejar became a

Barangay Captain of the Barangay of Doña Telesfora, Tubay, Agusan del Norte and
subsequently was elected as Board Member, being the Provincial Federation
President of all Punong Barangays of the Province of Agusan del Norte
from 1994 to 1997;

WHEREAS, from 1997 to 2003 and still the Punong Barangay of Doña
Telesfora, Tubay, Agusan del Norte, Hon. Jose Jarry Mondejar was likewise
elected as the ABC President and ex-officio SB member of the Municipality
of Tubay and subsequently became a full-fledged SB Member of Tubay from
2004 to present;

WHEREAS, aside from being a public servant, Hon. Jose Jarry Mondejar
was likewise involved in religious and socio civic organizations and a father
figure to the members of the following groups:

1. Vice President of Rizalian Association of Mercy, Inc.

2. National President of Love Always Means Benignity (LAMB).

WHEREAS, sorrows fills our hearts at this sad moment, a sorrow

that is visibly and profoundly felt by those whom he had daily contact, his
colleagues, friends and relatives, and especially his immediate loved ones, his
loving wife Alice and his children Jerazen, Jequoda Rey Jarry, Jefarda Rey
Jarry, Jezanrey Jarry, Jerose Rey Jarry, Jarry Joy, Jose Jarry Jr. and Jearliz
Rey Jarry.

NOW THEREFORE

BE IT RESOLVED, by the 2nd Sangguniang Panlungsod, in its 8th

Special Session assembled, to express sincere sympathy and heartfelt
condolence to the bereaved family of the late Hon. Jose Jarry P. Mondejar.

RESOLVED FURTHER, to provide a copy of this Resolution to

the bereaved family of the late Hon. Jose Jarry P. Mondejar, Brgy. 6 –
Poblacion, this City for information.
