MINUTES OF HOD MEETING

The minutes of HOD meeting held on 28/1/2019 at 11.30 AM in principal chamber,


regarding college academic activities.

The following points have been discussed in the minutes of meeting held on
28/1/2019

1. Principal instructed to the HOD’S, subject wise last semester result analysis like
unit test, cyclic test, model exam and university exam should be prepared and
submitted on or before 30.1.2019. Subject wise result analysis will submit only for
subject incharges and class wise result analysis will submit only for class in charges.
2. Compare other college university result analysis especially ariyalur region circle.
3. Principal instructed to the HOD’S to finish off the work within time otherwise severe
action will be taken.
4. Student’s passport size photo should be prepared and softcopy will be submitted on
or before 30.1.19.
5. All Students aadhar card Xerox class wise should be submitted on or before 30.1.19.
6. Log book and master attendance should be followed properly by day wise and
submitted to the concerned HOD,S on every Friday.
7. Monthly speech preparation for February will be followed properly by HOD or
allotted staff members.
8. Principal instructed to the HOD’S, all staff members should be followed the
movement register properly including break and lunch hours, otherwise severe
action will be taken.
9. Principal instructed to the HOD’S, and class in charges go rounds for the every first
hours, break hours.
10. All staff members should follow proper dress with ID card inside the college
campus and also instruct to the students. Staff members and students don’t fold your
shirt.
11. All staff members and students should wear helmet in your bike.
12. Improving results for the upcoming semester.
13. Prepare name list for the 2015/16 students convocation and also create whatsapp
group for the same. Convocation fees 1000/per students. Separate note for
convocation work and class in charges should intimate to the students through
phone with supporting documents and submitted to the principal.
14. Staff members should prepare Original attendance % for the students and find the
below 75% of the students to attend meeting in conference hall on 1.2.19 in front of
correspondent.
15. University question paper for binding should be submitted on or before 1.2.19.
