Writing is very important in life because it is a different way of communicating with the people
around you or even with people around the world. If I were to apply for an academic scholarship
that requires an essay, I am going to have to be familiar with the proper formats of an essay to
begin with. Also, writing essays are not the same as texting one of your friends, essays require
proper grammar and professionalism. When applying for a scholarship, you are competing with
thousands of kids who want that same scholarship so showing how good of a student you are is
crucial towards your essay.’
