Mobile phones, particularly smart phone have become inspirable with their features to
the customers to purchase. The mobiles are set up with more applications and services.
Mobile phone is often to as features phones offer basic technology.it has implementing
many additional functions to make them more attractive to the customers. The mobile
is design in different ways

Topic chosen for study:

The research study on customer purchase behavior towards mobile phone. the main
objective or aim to meet and satisfy the customers target. Customers wants the different
brands, features and application. they want the wealth of the product and services

Theoretical background of the study:

2.1Need of the study:

The world is shrinking with the usage of technology and smart phone is one among
them .the increasing comptetion of mobile phone the customers are becoming choosy
with features and price .the current study is an attempt towards understanding the
requirement of smart phone users.

2.2 objectives of the study:

1.to understand the different purpose for which smart phine will be used .

2.To understand and find out the customers satisfaction.

3.To find out the influencing factors to buy the mobile phone

4.To analysis the customer perception on mobile phone

The study helps to know the buying behavior towards mobile pjone .this helps to know
the influencing factor in purchase of mobile phone in Bengaluru city.it helps to know
about the perfernences and satisfaction in process of selecting brands . to know the
satisfaction and dissatisfaction in buying mobile phones. The main objective of of study
is to examine comparative customer buying behavior towards purchase of mobile phone
in bengaluru city.
