This pertains to the apprehension by this office on April 28, 2019 of minor Jessa Malubay,
16 yo out of school youth and residents of Brgy. Kalawag 3, Isulan, Sultan Kudarat. Subject
minors were allegedly caught on the act by Myrna Castro, 37 yo and resident of Brgy. Kalawag
3, Isulan, SK stealing her money at Galang Specialist particularly at canteen Brgy. Kalawag 3 this
municipality at about 12:30 in the morning of April 28, 2019.
In this connection, case is respectfully endorsed to your good office for a counseling as
per requested by the parties together with Lucy Castro, Guardian of Kalawa 3, Isulan, SK.
