reduced clutch pedal effort” in OMNI model (Reduced clutch pedal effort by 2.5kg).
- 10.38 Million INR warranty reduction done by resolving chronic complaints related to
transmission systems in Fiscal years 2012~14

 GEAR SHIFTING HARD problem in all Diesel models resolved by implementing “Heat resistant
bonding in the child part of clutch disc to avoid ring synchronizer slot damage” - That effected
2.3 Million INR warranty reduction in last Fiscal year 2012~13.

b) Dealer education to avoid Repeated & Secondary failures


 REAR DIFFERENTIAL NOISE problem resolved by “Educating dealer (PAN INDIA) through
product and repair trainings” - That effected 0.7 Million INR warranty reduction in last
Fiscal year 2012~13.

- Initiated Value engineering for diesel clutch design through bench marking by replacing Nitrided
springs with Non Nitrided springs which reduced 8 INR per clutch.
- Handled global markets and achieved corporate KPI of Cost Per Vehicle (CPV) & Claim Ratio (CR%).
