Study the table on page 79. While reading the table students notice the examples given on how to
form the present simple.
Ndërtimi i njohurive të reja
Then I am going to teach to the students how to form the present simple in it affirmative form.
Present simple:
Verbs in present simple generally take (s) in 3rd person singular
Verbs ending in s, ss, sh, ch, x take (es) in 3rd person singular
Verbs ending in consonant + y take (ies) in 3 rd person singulart etc
Students then are going to learn the uses of the present simple. We use present simple in for
everyday routine ex: Everyday I get up at 7 o'clock. He goes to school by bus etc.
Than students will complete exercises 4 by using verbs in present simple in its affirmative form.
Also in exercise 3 they will put a tick or a cross and then talk about their friends ex: My friend
has breakfast at 8 o'clock etc.
