GENERAL OBSERVATIONS:

The teacher used a range of teaching strategies that enhance learner achievement in literacy
as shown in the vocabulary development wherein teacher unlocked some words at the beginning
of her lesson and since the subject is English, clearly it is a part of the lesson.
The teacher was able to integrate Araling Panlipuna topic as seen in her springboard wherein
the teacher asked in the discussion about the different mountains found in our country and
elaborated it. She didn’t forget to integrate the value of Filipino hospitality and love of country in
the discussion.
During the group activity, the teacher was able to apply a range of teaching strategies that can
develop the critical and creative thinking wherein learners were asked to sketch, to create a rap or
jingle, make a poems and write ways of conserving natural resources which one of the activities
clearly showed the integration of Science and Araling Panlipunan in her lesson. Through this
activity, the teacher was able to use differentiated, developmentally appropriate teaching
experiences, showcasing the learner’s strengths and interest.
Also seen in the classroom management was the arrangement of chairs. The teacher didn’t
waste time in grouping because the arrangement of chairs was already prepared. The discipline of
learners was evident during group activity. The participation of the learners was ensured because
the teacher loitered around and supervised every group. The standards given were properly
followed.
Numeracy skill was also seen in the application of concepts through comparison of the length,
height and speed of some animals.
Her lesson was planned and implemented developmentally as shown in the demonstration of
the lesson. The learning processes were sequenced properly showing various teaching contexts
thus meeting the curriculum requirements.
Thank you. Congratulations for the Job well done. Keep up the good work
