2. The work is being taken up in above towns is with 7 years of
performance linked Operation and Maintenance. There is no accurate assessment of prevailing levels of NRW in above towns but it is being considered roughly around 40% and more. Under the proposed contract, the vendor has to bring down the NRW to below 15% / 20% level. 3. Consumer meters to be used shall be approved by Fluid Control Research Institute (FCRI) for accuracy and endurance tests with 7 year warranty. 4. Bulk flow meters at each hydraulic zone and DMA with communication system to communicate flow data to IMIS servers through city SCADA. 5. Implementation of web based Integrated Management Information System at state level having following modules related to NRW assessment and reduction;
