1 Homeroom PTA Meeting

The meeting was called at exactly 8:00 am in the morning at the Genesis Clasroom.
There was a quorum and due notice has been approved.
I. Mrs. Liezel B. Cauilan, the classroom adviser of HUMSS 11-Genesis lead the opening
prayer.
II. Mrs. Liezel B. Cauilan delivered a short message and formally introduced herself to
her new sets of parents who will be her partners for the school year.
III. Election of Homeroom PTA officers followed thereafter. The newly elected officers
for HUMSS 11-GENESIS class are the following:
 President: Manuel Arellano
 Vice President: Mary Jane T. Montilla
 Secretary: Jennifer C. Gutierrez
 Treasurer: Adelaida G. Eclar
 Auditor: Jocelyn Isidro
 PIO: Martina Tumbali
IV. Mrs. Liezel B. Cauilan informed the parents of rules inside the classroom. She also
informed them that the class has agreed to have a weekly savings of 10 /student
/week and her 50/week as their adviser. The amount to be saved will be the fund
the class will be using for their homeroom Christmas program in December. Parents
welcomed the gesture of the students as it would mean their children wont be
asking for any amount to be used in December.
V. The meeting adjourned at exactly 9: 00 am.
