MEETING PROPER
▪ The meeting was held in Room 201, Mrs. Josie Aguinaldo’s room on the 4th of April 2022. The
meeting started at 10:30 in the morning on Monday.

▪ The meeting started with a prayer that was led by Ms. Sandra followed by the reading of the
minutes of the meeting from the previous one.

▪ The meeting’s main agenda is for the validation of the upcoming Limited Face-to-face Classes.

▪ As stated by Mr. Alotaya, He attended the school district meeting for the district validation. As
validation requires financial needs, it was said at the district meeting that teachers from the
district will contribute 265 per teacher. The said collection will be collected by Mrs. Pantillo.

▪ A series of comments were stated for Mr. Barquis and Mrs. Trinidad for some clarification on
school uniform, wearing of I.D., and for the Daily Time Record.

▪ It was decided that the target date for the limited face-to-face classes will be on April 18.

▪ A group chat will be made by Ms. Nopal for grade 12 students participating in the limited face-
to-face classes and for grade 11 students, Ms. Canillo will be in charge of the making.

▪ Documents for the school on-site validation will be submitted to Mr. Balibrea, Mrs. Aguinaldo,
and Mrs. Trinidad for checking.

▪ Portfolio Day for the 2nd Quarter was decided and it will be on April 22. Mr. Alotaya will be
posting the schedule for the distribution and retrieval of modules before the said meeting.

▪ Mr. Alotaya also opened up about teachers being harsh on chat with the students and advise
teachers to be considerate to them.

▪ Mr, Balibrea updated the situation on his student, Ms. Mikee Pearl Hernandez, and consider
the said student for the late submission of her modules.

▪ Mrs. Pantillo urges the class advisers to enroll their students in the LIS and students to be
enrolled in the LIS must be properly curated before enrolling them, Mrs. Aguinaldo added.

▪ Meeting was adjourned at 11:50 a.m.
