A Narrative Report on the Induction and Oath Taking Ceremonies

S.Y. 2023-2024

The Supreme Student Government of Sta. Elena Elementary School conducted an Induction and oath
taking ceremony on 28th day of November, 2023, held at Sta. Elena Elementary School ground together with
the accredited organizations in the school. It was started by the prayer through a doxology by grade I selected
pupils, followed by a National Anthem,Mrs. Jenefer Claveria conducted. The official opening program was
started by a words of welcome given by Mrs. Hazel P. Austero, the School Head who welcome and spoke
leadership message which she strongly believes and wanted to implant to the young minds of the student and
also to the parents officers to be more responsible to stand on their duties. It was followed by a fruitful message
from Hon.Geronimo Ceperez Sr. Barangay Chairman of Sta. Elena, who call for a challenge to his co-leaders to
become effective and to stand on their duties as being more active in the school activities.

Then it was followed by an oath taking of newly elected officers of Kinder down to Grade 6 HRPTA
officers, SPTA officers and the rest of the school’s organizations and club officer lead by Mrs. Hazel P. Austero,
Head Teacher III and Hon. Geronimo Ceperez Sr. The turn over of outgoing President to the In-coming
president was also noticed. After the said ceremony a closing remarks was given by Mrs. Jennette Castelo,
SPTA President.

Indeed the event was a success for all the student leaders, HRPTA, SPTA whom solemnly pledge that
on that day begins the challenge of being a good leader from a small group of organization to a bigger
involvement in the society in the near future will be possible by starting to practice a better leadership
characteristic from one self.
