COMPROMISE AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Compromise Agreement made and executed this ______ day of ________________,
201__ at the Municipality of Talavera, by and between:

Talavera Central School-Special Science Elementary School (TCS-SSES), with address


located at Maestrang Kikay District, Talavera, Nueva Ecija.

WITNESSETH : That-

the parent/guardian and SSES learner shall satisfy and abide all of the following conditions:

1.1 For a SSES pupil to retain in the program he/she should maintain a general average
of at least _____%, with no grade lower than _____% in English, Science and
Math and ______% in other learning areas for any grading period.

- Pupil who fails to meet this requirement despite remediation during the
school year shall be recommended for transfer to the regular program in
the succeeding school year.

1.2 During their stay in the program, SSES learners shall develops and continuously
exhibits the following desired traits:

Physical

 alert and active

Intellectual

 acquires knowledge fast and accurately


 has superior logical reasoning ability
 is observant and quick to note details
 is an independent reader
 reads books within and above his age
 has a wide and well developed vocabulary compared to others of the
same age
 communicates ideas clearly
 can use learning technologies in Science, Mathematics, English and
other learning areas

Socio-emotional

 is generally emotionally stable , even-tempered


 is adaptable and flexible
 assumes responsibility willingly
 is independent minded
 is confident even in the company of adults
 shows tolerance for different opinions

Motivational

 enjoys doing challenging and different tasks


 requires little direction from the teacher
 discerns right from wrong, good from bad, evaluates and suspends
judgement on events, people and thing
 enjoys doing challenging and different tasks
 is organized and systematic
 is self-motivated in accomplishing his work
 strives to do his best
 is persistent in seeking task completion, not easily daunted
 is God-fearing, humane, nationalistic, ecologically responsible

Leadership

 participate actively in school and community activities


 carries responsibilities well

 cooperates with teachers and classmates

 The teacher shall call the attention of the pupil (and the parent/guardian) who
fails to develop/exhibit desired traits.

 Reported recurring cases of pupils failing to develop/exhibit desired character


traits shall be discussed a case conference with the adviser, teachers, school
head, parent, guidance and the pupil. No pupil shall be recommended for
transfer without a case conference

1.3 Willingness of pupil and parent to remain in the program.

 Pupils or parents who are willing to remain in the program should


abide by the provisions covered by the agreement; otherwise, they
shall be transferred to the regular classes.

 Pupils or parents expressing intention to withdraw from the program


shall put into writing said intention. It is recommended that the
reasons for the request be discussed with the parent/pupil.
