following tasks to the best of my ability:

L – earn independently. Read the modules/LAS scheduled by my teacher.

E – ngage in time-sensitive submission of Written Works and Performance Tasks. Late
submission of WW and PT will have point deduction set by the teacher. On time retrieval of
LAS/Module. In case of late retrieval, attendance will be deducted.
A – ct accordingly. Being polite, respectful, and with non-demanding attitude is the best way to
communicate with my teachers. Active engagement with my teacher during online class and
engage at least 1 call or message per week with an earning point set by the teacher.
R – espond to class adviser and subject teachers. Communicate with my teacher at least once
a week.
N – ever rant on social media related to academic and school issues. I should talk to my adviser
and subject teachers regarding my concerns.
If I will not comply I am aware that I will…
F – ailing grade after 3 no responses to attempted calls, 2 no response to parent-teacher
meeting, 1 failed home visit, and 1 failed intervention plan from the teacher.
A – dvice to transfer if gross misconduct is committed.
I – nterviewed by the Discipline committee for evaluation.
L – isted in the roster of SARDO (student at risk of dropping out)

S – upport teachers. Send message to class advisers/Subject teachers whenever possible.
U – understand the school requires parents supports.
P – art of disciplining the child without abusing physically, mentally or emotionally.
P – rotect the interest of the child’s learning and the school’s image.
O – pen up concerns to adviser/subject teacher before higher authorities.
R – espond to teacher’s call and messages.
T – ime conscious with the distribution and retrieval of LAS/Written Works/Performance Tasks
