Buenaflor have been selected as a Team members of the Philippine Contingent in the 15 th APSKF
Championships to be held in Jakarta, Indonesia on November 21-25, 2018. I’m requesting the support of
our City for this event and if they give them a chance in international exposure.

In lieu of this, we would like to seek approval on the request of the budget amounting to Twenty Eight
Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty pesos (P 28,850.00). The details and Invitation letter are attached in this
letter.

The following will be some expenses to be incurred:

Registration fee 7,950 per head

Championship fee 4,240 per head
Membership fee 1.060 per head
Hotel room rate per night 5,300 per head
Air fare 10,300 per head
TOTAL Php 28,850.00
