    GRADE 12 May 20 and 21
    Transferee/Balik-Aral/OHSP May 24, 27 and 28
    Students Guidance Offenses May 29 – 31
    and Students with 21
    absences and more

    1. Students with recorded absences of 21 and over needs to proceed to the


    guidance office accompanied by their parent/guardian starting May 29, 2019.

    2. Attendance to the Parent/Student Orientation is a must. Kindly remind


    enrollees of the schedule.
