IV. Rationale:
Proper Grooming helps boost a pupil’s confidence to participate and attend school. Some
pupils were hesitant to come and attend school due to their lack of school uniform or totally not
wearing a complete set of uniform. In connection with this, some student were not able to wear
complete set due to financial issues or financial instability of their family.
In lieu with this, the proponents have come up with the Project “Uniporme ko, tulong sa
Pag-aaral Mo” in which can help the less fortunate students that doesn’t have the capability to
produce a complete set of uniforms.
A. Objectives:
1. To offer the slightly used uniforms of the graduating grade 6 students and other grade level
that is willing to donate their school uniforms for the less fortunate pupils of DES.
2. To help the less fortunate students/pupils to be ready for the upcoming school year.
1. There will be selected beneficiaries to be selected by the school principal and administrator.
2. To provide the slightly used school uniform.
C. Procedure:
The SPG booth will be located near the guard house/gate 1 inside the school premises.
Students and Parents may register at the registration area and with the aid of the SPG
Officers/members. After registration, they will be assisted by the officers to drop-off the
donations of the slightly used uniforms that they will be donating for our less fortunate pupils.
The proponents will also help the volunteer parents / pupils in segregating the sizes of the
donated uniforms. The beneficiaries of the donated uniforms will have to register and wait for
the designated waiting area near the Phil Am building and wait for their names to be called.
D. Program of Activities:
It is a whole day activity. The Parents/Students may register for their donations and can also
volunteer, and the SPG officers will assist the beneficiaries after they have registered and wait
for their turn.
E. Source of Income:
1. Donations
2. Personal Funds
F. Expected Output
1. At the end of the day the beneficiaries will receive the uniforms
2. The Parents and Pupils are happy that the students are now ready for the upcoming school year.
