4. Tell me about yourself
o Hi, my name is Celia Fitri Suzenta. I graduated with a Civil Engineering degree
from Diponegoro University and have spent the last 5 years working. I’m
currently working at PT. Sarana Mukti as Management of Construction
Implementation. PT. Sarana Mukti is a privately owned company based in the
Semarang and i’ve directly handled documentation and submission of reports,
reviewed shopdrawings and method statements and ensured correct work
practices. Though I enjoy the work I do at PT. Sarana Mukti, I see a tremendous
opportunity to utilize my skills and experience that’s why I’m here interviewing
with you right now.
5. What type of position are you looking for?
o To sum it up, I’d love a position where I can use my skills to make an impact that
I can see with my own eyes. Of course, the position is only part of the equation.
Being at a company where I can grow and work toward something I care about
matters, too. DNF’s goal of being the intersection between data and education
inspires me, and I’m really excited about this opportunity.
6. Are you interested in a full-time or part-time position?
I would love the opportunity to become a full-time employee. I am very
excited at the prospect of this part-time job, but I would gladly accept a
full-time position if it were ever available
7. Can you tell me about your responsibilities at your last job?
Of course i can! My key responsibilities there include monitoring the progress of
works with the team, advising the relevant Manager at agreed periodicities and
agreeing alterations to programmes of works or working patterns as required
8. What is your greatest strength?
I have an extremely strong work ethic. When I'm working on a project, I
don't want just to meet deadlines. Rather, I prefer to complete the
project well ahead of schedule.
9. What is your greater weakness?
As you can see on what’s my greatest strength means that I never miss a
deadline, it also means that sometimes I can find myself rushed when
I’m working. I’ve since learned to slow down, be more patient and give
each project the careful attention it deserved.

10. When can you begin?
