1. DEPOSIT AND CASH ADVANCED – one of the rules that you need to pay before
you entered at my apartment.

Ang deposit ay hindi ginagamit bilang pambayad sa buwanang renta ng bahay. Ito
ay gingamit sa lahat ng maiiwang damage or billing ng inyong tinirhan.
Ang lahat ng damage ay pwedeng i-charge sa inyo kung ang inyong deposit at
cash advanced ay kukulangin.
2. MONTHLY PAYMENT – you need to settled on time or before your due date.
All your payment have OFFICIAL RECEIPT from the owner or the caretaker of
the apartment.
3. All room have own meter for water and electric bill.
5. Mag-ingat sa pagtanggap ng mga bisita, ang anumang gamit o masira sa inyong kwarto
ay hindi pananagutan ng may-ari o nangangalaga ng bahay.
11. Ang paglalagay ng anumang gamit tulad ng aircon etc., ay dapat isangguni sa taga-
pagalaga o may-ari ng apartment.

W I T N E S S E T H : THAT
WHEREAS the LESSOR is the owner of a two (2) units of commercial space,
with Stall No. 8, located in Barangay Lalud, Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro;
WHEREAS, for and in consideration of the payment of the rents and the
compliance of all the conditions and covenants hereinafter contained, the LESSOR has
agreed to lease and let as it hereby leases unto the LESSEE, and the latter has agreed to
accept, as it hereby accepts the leased property as above-described and hereto referred as
the “LEASED PROPERTY” and shall be used for office purpose the LESSEE may deem
fit which is not in contravention of law;
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises and the
mutual covenants herein contained, the parties hereby mutually agree as follows:
1 PERIOD. This Lease shall be for a period of ONE (1) YEAR, commencing on
01 August up to August 2008;
The LESSEE shall shoulder all stall expenses like telephone bill, electric bill,
water bill and other expenses related to the office.
7. DEFAULT OR BREACH. Both parties agree that all the covenants and
agreement herein contained shall be deemed conditions of the Contract;
In the event that either party to this Contract files a suit for violation or failure to
comply with the terms and conditions of the Contract or for Specific Performance, the
Party at fault shall pay to the aggrieved party a sum equivalent to twenty (20%) percent
of the amount involved in the suit as attorney’s fees, exclusive of the damages that may
be awarded by the Court. The Party at fault shall also pay to the aggrieved party all
expenses and costs of all proceedings.
