Agenda: NCAA Meeting

Mac Ericson Cinco discussed:

 Release of Pubmatts shall be prioritize beforehand.

 Ticket Price shall start at P250.

Madeleine Cruz suggested:

 In order for ticket selling to be promoted, advertisement strategy must be involved. In

line with this, students must be sharing the post with the idea of tagging fellow Lyceans
into a “Barkada” themed proposition.
 The goal of this activity is to “Hype the NCAA”.

Mac Ericson Cinco reverted:

 Pubmatts shall be released on July 1, 2019.

Madeleine Cruz suggested:

 Utilize the different college SG to promote the Pubmatts as well as ticket selling.

 6 Days prior to the event, trivia of the LPU Pirates shall be published once a day. The
research shall be then done by Nate Uy and Melody Jose.

Nate Uy suggested:

 In order to feel the presence of the audience during the NCAA, minor details such as
Balloon Sticks are considerable.

Agenda: “Beyond Legacy” and Video shoot on June 25, 2019

Mac Ericson Cinco promoted:

 The LPU Central Student Government’s tagline shall be “Beyond Legacy”. This defines
that the acting central student government will be a much more capable, more reliable,
and united. Every detail that falls under the category of Beyond is considered an
upgrade to the legacies left behind.

Mac Ericson Cinco discussed:

 Video shoot shall act as a promotional video of the LPU colleges, facilities, student body,
and its leaders.
 SG shall be included in the video.
 The attire shall be the official school uniforms.

Madeleine Cruz volunteered:

 The script in the video shall be produced by Ms. Madeleine Cruz. The deadline will be on
June 21, 2019.

Mac Ericson Cinco discussed:

 A short teaser will be produced on July 3.

Agenda: Staff and Committee Hunt

Mac Ericson Cinco discussed:

 Committee Hunt will occur on July 10, 2019.

 The organizational structure shall be composed of the Executive Board, Director,
Associate Director, and Department Members.
 The goal is to gather 100 students by the end of July.
 Students whom are interested in joining will undergo an interview and online
application submission.

The Executive Board and their respectable committees shall be composed of:
President:

1. Presidential Chief-of-Staff
2. Executive Secretary to the President
3. Multimedia Arts and Creatives
4. Legislative and Legal Affairs
5. Events Management

Vice-President:

1. Training and Development Committee

2. Student Right Welfare Committee

1. Internal and External Audit

Nate Uy volunteered:

 The Duties and Responsibilities of each position in the committee shall be done by Nate.
This will be submitted before 30th of June.

Agenda: Leadership Training and Turnover

Mac Ericson Cinco discussed:

 Turnover will be happening on July 9, 2019.

 The leadership training/workshop will most likely be compose of 90 individuals.

Mac Ericson Cinco suggested:

 The event will be in unison with the Jose P. Laurel Leadership Summit with the
suggested themes:
1. “Excellence and Humility” proposed by Nate Uy
2. “Embodying JPL Leadership Values” recommended by Mac Cinco
3. “JPL: Embodying Leadership Values” recommended by Mac Cinco

Mac Ericson Cinco suggested:

 The duration of the event shall be July 29-30.

Melody Jose volunteered:

 Activities and the event flow that will be held during the leadership training will be
planned by her accordingly.

Agenda: Kick-off/Pep Rally/Grand Recruitment Drive

Melody Jose suggested:

 The theme of the event is Pirates and it will be called “Pirates Fest”.
 The event will be held on 12th of August at the time of 7:00 AM.

Mac Ericson Cinco discussed:

 The Kick-off ceremony shall be accomplished with the help of sponsors, LPU Chorale,
MML Candidates, and the LDT. This will be fulfilled by Ms. Madeleine Cruz and the
committee. The purpose of this is to emphasize the 1st day experience of students in
LPU as well as the Freshmen orientation within the school.
 The Pep-Rally shall be done with the help of the Drum Squad of LPU.
 In the Grand Recruitment Drive, a friendly competition will be held in the quadrangle.
The respective prizes for each organizational booth include:

 Best Membership Poster  Best Pirate Attire (Mr. and Ms.)

 Best Booth Design  Best Organization on Pirate Fest
 Most 5S Organization  Most creative membership
 Most recruited members video
 Best booth Activities  Most welcoming booth

Mac Ericson Cinco suggested:

 There should be media sponsors and during the 3rd week of July, a search for performers
during the event shall be executed.
 SG’s shall provide welcoming kits during this event.
