It is requested that kindly arrange the following materials as per the
instruction of higher authorities on T.Note Regularisation basis to construction sub
division Hindupur.
The details are as follows.
1) L.V VCB - 01
2) FEEDER VCB’S – 04
3) 25 KVA DTR - 01
4) 11 KV PT - 01
Further I assure that the above materials used for 33/11 KV sub-
station Sirivaram in Lepakshi mandal and the same was regularised after sanction
of estimate.
