Scope and Delimitations

The general intent of this study was to determine the relationship between job

satisfaction and employee loyalty among office employee. This study was conducted

with limited respondents. Furthermore, the participant may not fully understand the

background of the study with this relatively short period of time. The researchers who

needed more time in order to carry out the study with precision and accuracy.
