“The Beauty of Health of Ms. Kathryn Jade Cudiamat”

I. Introduction
A former BS Nursing student from the Our
Lady of Fatima University in Antipolo City
Campus, and now one of the most aspiring
beauty queen in the country. Her road to
success was certainly tough but that did not
stop her from aiming high in life.
During the time when Kathryn Jade
Cudiamat or commonly named as “KJ” was still
studying she is a consistent Dean's lister while
going through the demands of being a working
student to support her school needs. She is an
only child whose father passed away when she
was just 6 and got to live away from her family
in the States for 6 years, because of these
experience she happens to realized things at the early age the importance of education,
hard work and perseverance. The lessons that she had learn helped her to become the
person she is today, the young woman was inspired to pursue her education and dream big.
Her mom remarried, and is now the eldest of three.

II. Body of Report

Being a registered nurse in the year 2016 she was able to work as a Staff Nurse at Rizal
Provincial Hospital, she enjoys her work because of the children who bring so much
happiness to her. She spends her free time singing, enjoying food, and engaging in sports
such as playing volleyball, swimming and hiking. She is also an advocate of living a healthy
lifestyle, she hopes to build her own charity to provide quality health care to different
communities.
One of her unforgettable achievement is when she join the Miss World Philippines 2018
at the age of 26 to represent the province of Rizal. Her advocacy focuses on mental health,
that she believe is the most powerful thing in an individual that deserve to be feed right.
Societal issues of anxiety and depression especially in the youth sector inspires her to help
and empower everyone locally and globally to redefine themselves for the better. She is a
living proof of a survivor of this case and made her pursue the journey of being a beauty
queen to serve as a tool to take action on it and to serve people. Unfortunately, she wasn’t
able to get the crown but she won a special award which is the Zalora People's Choice.
Despite of not having the crown, the citizens of Rizal and her Alma Mater is very proud of her
because of her contributions as a role model and an inspirations to many people.

III. Summary
Cudiamat will serve as a proof that when you believe in yourself, and you put your
interest and compassion into something. In the prefect time, it will pay off. Medals and
awards cannot define success but feeling of fulfillment and happiness do.

IV. Conclusion
Former students of the University such as Cudiamat only prove that success is definitely
achievable to those who work hard. OLFU will unceasingly be proud of all of its students’
successes and achievements, big or small.
Success indeed is very elusive but it is also true that unfathomable blessings and
provisions come to those who has a good heart and genuine enough to inspire others.
Cudiamat who is now only 27 years old and already an advocate, is really a living testimony
of how the Father works in the lives of those who work hard according to God’s will.
