    An annual general meeting shall be held on Sunday, 21


    July 2016 at 10 AM at community hall as per following
    agenda:-

    1. Attendance.
    2. Discussion & approval on balance sheet of the
    year 2015-16.
    3. Other issue on permission of chair.
    4. Vote of thanks.
    All members are requested make it convenient to attend
    the meeting.

    available with caretaker for perusal.
