From what I have watched, the speech was talking mainly on how everyone was born to transcend their
limits and ultimately change the world with their contributions. The speaker further explains that despite
everyone’s talents, they remain unnoticed by everyone. No one bothered to look deeper in anyone and see
their genius. The speaker is stating a fact, it is true that everyone has a genius and he stated it in a way
that made the readers acknowledge it. The way the speaker articulates his feelings and emotions through
hand gestures and content made the spoken speech more powerful. The speaker is important in delivering
the speech due to many reasons: The speech would be less effective and powerful, in contrast to having a
speaker and having to read it by yourself. It is much better to have the speaker read it because in my
opinion, it is very likely for him to understand what he/she read, thus, making the speech much more
powerful. With that said, it is also very important to do meaningful gestures and stresses to emphasize
what you have said to really stick out a great impression to the audiences. One example of this is the
video that I have watched. The way the speaker moves and expression, it was a great addition in making
the speech a much more effective and powerful way for the audience to really understand what he said. I
can say that the speaker is effective on conveying his words to the audience, and the video clip is the
proof of that.
