(INCANDESCENT LAMP)

I.OBJECTIVES:
At the end of the lesson, students are expected to:
a. Identify the parts of Incandescent Lamp,
b. Familiarize the functions of the parts of Incandescent Lamp;
c. Observe cooperation during group activity.

II. SUBJECT MATTER:

 Parts and Functions of Incandescent Lamp

MATERIALS:
 LED TV
 Laptop
 Chart
 Chalk

III. PROCEDURE:

A. Checking of attendance

B. Review of past lesson

C. Motivation:

 The teacher will show different types of lamps to the class.

 Let the students identify the different types of lamps as shown on the TV
screen.
 The teacher will ask questions to the learners:
 How these lamps produced their light?
 Where their light came from?

D. Lesson Proper:

1. Enumerate the parts of Incandescent Lamp.

2. Discuss the functions of the parts of Incandescent Lamp.

E. Activity:

 The teacher will group the class into three (3).

  The teacher will give directions to the class before starting the activity.
 One representative to every group will answer every question given by the
teacher.
 What ever points earned by each group will added to their quiz on parts
and functions of Incandescent Lamp.

F. Generalization:

 What are the parts and functions of Incandescent Lamp?

G. Valuing:

 Show cooperation during their group activity.

IV. EVALUATION:

 Draw and label the parts of Incandescent Lamp. (20 pts.)

V. ASSIGNMENT:

 Research the parts of a Fluorescent Lamp.
