Duties and responsibilities
 Preparation of project related procedures and quality documents.
 Implementation of the Project Construction Quality Program at SCTPL factory and vendors areas.
 Inspection of incoming material and preparation of IGIR.
 Inspection and Monitoring of Fabrication, Welding, NDT, PMI Activities as per project requirements at
SCTPL factory and vendor areas.
 Witness of hydro test, pneumatic test as per project requirements and preparation of project inspection
documents.
 Inspection of surface preparation & painting of pipe spools and equipments and structure frame.
 Preparation of inspection documents.
 Preparation and review of MRB of project packages.
 Expedition and inspection visits at vendor areas.
 Arrangement, coordination and attending client inspection visits at SCTPL factory and vendor areas
 Generating quality nonconformance reports.
 Control calibrated Measuring and Test Equipments used on the project.
