1 GENERAL
1.1 Introduction
PT. PERTAMINA (Persero) Direktorat Pemasaran dan Niaga intends to build new pipeline
CB-III Lomanis, Central Java – Tasikmalaya, West Java ± 126.25 km. This new pipeline of
CB-III will be installed parallel with the existing pipeline of CB-I. The purpose of the
construction for the new pipeline of CB-III Lomanis – Tasikmalaya is to accommodate the
demand increasing of BBM i.e. Premium, Pertamax, Solar (diesel fuel), and Pertamina Dex
to the customers until the next 20 (twenty) years. Meanwhile, the existing pipeline of CB-I
has life cycle 38 (thirty eight) years beyond the proper life cycle 20 (twenty) years so that it
causes the decreasing of reliability and security of supply being indicated by 38 (thirty
eight) leaks and public facilities on this pipeline.
1.2 Scope
This scope is covering the quantity of equipment for process safety within the Lauching
Station in Terminal BBM Lomanis, Central Java and the Receiving Station in Terminal BBM
Tasikmalaya, West Java for new pipeline CB-III Lomanis, Central Java – Tasikmalaya,
West Java of PT. PERTAMINA (Persero). The contents herein are developed and
described more detail in detail engineering design stage by Contractor.
1.3 Definition
Definitions used in this document will not violate other definitions used in other documents
which is:

Niaga, the owner of the Project FEED Pipanisasi CB-
III (Ex. CB-I) Lomanis – Tasikmalaya.
PT. Erraenersi Konstruksindo (ENERKON), appointed
Consultant :
by Company to execute and to complete overall
works for FEED Pipanisasi CB-III (Ex. CB-I) Lomanis
– Tasikmalaya.
Contractor : All Contractors to be appointed by company.

Third Party Inspector : A third party inspector to be appointed by company to

inspect the works of Contractor.

Site : The right-of-way and places provided by company

where the construction works are to be executed and
any other places as may be specifically designated in
the Contract as forming part of the Site.

Issuer : The person / party who develop and release the

document and correspondence.

Project Documents : All documents which are prepared, revised, and

issued for accelerating the project execution, such as
correspondence, drawings, specifications, requisitions,
purchase orders, vendor prints, etc.
