Universe Formation

Allah menciptakan Langit dan Bumi, Bumi belum berbentuk dan kosong; gelap gulita menutupi samudera raya, dan Roh Allah melayang-layang di
1 atas permukaan air, Berfirmanlah Allah: “Jadilah terang.” Lalu terang itu jadi. Allah melihat bahwa terang itu baik, lalu dipisahkan-Nyalah terang itu
dari gelap Dan Allah menamai terang itu siang, dan gelap itu malam. Jadilah petang dan jadilah pagi, itulah hari pertama.

Allah menjadikan cakrawala di tengah segala air untuk memisahkan air dari air. Ia memisahkan air yang ada di bawah cakrawala itu dari air yang
ada di atasnya. Allah menamai cakrawala itu langit, itulah hari ke dua. Segala air yang di bawah langit berkumpul pada satu tempat, sehingga
kelihatan yang kering. Allah menamai yang kering itu darat, dan kumpulan air itu laut. Tanah itu menumbuhkan tunas-tunas muda, segala jenis
tumbuh-tumbuhan yang berbiji dan segala jenis pohon-pohonan yang menghasilkan buah yang berbiji di bumi, itulah hari ke tiga. Matahari dan
bulan serta bintang-bintang pada hari ke empat, semua burung dan hewan laut pada hari ke lima, Binatang ternak, melata, liar dan laki-laki dan
wanita pertama pada hari ke enam.

Dan demikian mereka hidup, terdiri dari batin saja, senantiasa berbahagia, badannya mengeluarkan cahaya, bergerak di angkasa dengan jayanya,
dan bertahan begitu sampai masa yang sangat lama sekali.
Pada waktu itu bumi hanya terdiri dari massa air semata dan semuanya gelap kelam.
Tidak ada bulan atau matahari, belum ada tata-surya, bintang belum terlihat, belum ada perhitungan waktu bulan, pertengahan-bulan, tahun atau
musim, belum ada laki-laki dan wanita, hanya makhluk itu saja yang ada.

Lalu setelah jarak waktu yang sangat lama, buih-buih yang menggiurkan terbentuk diatas permukaan massa air dimana makhluk-makhluk itu
berada.

Bentuknya seperti lapisan yang terbentuk diatas susu panas yang mendingin. Warnanya seperti dadih-susu (susu yang mengental) atau mentega,
dan rasanya seperti madu murni.

Dan dia menciptakan di bumi itu gunung-gunung yang kokoh di atasnya. Dia memberkahinya dan Dia menentukan padanya kadar makanan-
makanan penghuninya dalam empat hari. (Penjelasan itu sebagai jawaban) bagi orang-orang yang bertanya.

Kemudian Dia menuju kepada penciptaan langit dan langit itu masih merupakan asap, lalu Dia berkata kepadanya dan kepada bumi: “Datanglah
kamu keduanya menurut perintah-Ku dengan suka hati atau terpaksa”. Keduanya menjawab: “Kami datang dengan suka hati”

Maka Dia menjadikannya tujuh langit dalam dua hari. Dia mewahyukan pada tiap-tiap langit urusannya. Dan Kami hiasi langit yang dekat dengan

Sea
Sea as the first living element, has Phinisi ship as the
biggest anchor and the main focal point of the
whole museum, it is placed in the middle of wooden
deck area so the visitors have the experience of
walking in the harbor. Inside the exhibition area
there will be tsunami simulation, collection of sea
creatures, mangroves and the other exhibition
related with living underwater. The Phinisi also
contains exhibition, dark room for theatre and ship
simulation.

Visitors can be free to decide on their own which
exhibition they will enter first and the next. But the
employees have their particular circulation so the visitors
won't feel uncomfortable and also employees can work
properly.

There will be three parts of land exhibition
area. The first part is forest and farm area
which contain a big log as an anchor, seeds
and any kind of plantation. The second part is
about aerial view of how the first part look like
and there's also some insects exhibitions. The
third part is about modern living as if the
visitors entering a little town where there are
many shops, traffic, and grids of road.

This concept is applied on facade and floor plan.
Facade using boxes which have random solid void
arrangements. The floor plan using solid void to
connect each exhibition, so visitiors be able to
interact with the exhibition object on eye level or
aerial.

There are two bridges connecting building masses that

What or who is R A W?
R A W is an international architecture
practice with office in Jakarta
established by Realrich Sjarief. The
company permanently employs nearly
15 people, the designers are from
around Indonesia, each selected for
their best capability, experience and
passion. The company’s staff has the
expertise to provide full architectural
design services, from concept design
stage to construction supervision. Our
design skills also include interior
design, town planning and urban
design, landscape design and
exhibition design services. Since its
formation in 2013, R A W has
successfully undertaken and
completed over 300 projects across
Asia Pacific. Among its best known
works are: National Gallery of
Indonesia, Jakarta; UPH Medical
School at Karawaci ; Bare Minimalist
for Charles Wiriawan ; Akanaka, Jakarta.
Our method of working is we believe
in workshop between clients,
engineers, and specific consultants
from beginning of the project through
completion of project. The approach is
not conventional and sometime
involves the use of the mock up
models to help test and develop the
proposed design concepts. We also
believe that the design process is
complex and requires complete
understanding of creative solution,
core of the problem, and specific
situation which defines each situation.
