Allah menciptakan Langit dan Bumi, Bumi belum berbentuk dan kosong; gelap gulita menutupi samudera raya, dan Roh Allah melayang-layang di

Allah menjadikan cakrawala di tengah segala air untuk memisahkan air dari air. Ia memisahkan air yang ada di bawah cakrawala itu dari air yang
ada di atasnya. Allah menamai cakrawala itu langit, itulah hari ke dua. Segala air yang di bawah langit berkumpul pada satu tempat, sehingga
kelihatan yang kering. Allah menamai yang kering itu darat, dan kumpulan air itu laut. Tanah itu menumbuhkan tunas-tunas muda, segala jenis
tumbuh-tumbuhan yang berbiji dan segala jenis pohon-pohonan yang menghasilkan buah yang berbiji di bumi, itulah hari ke tiga. Matahari dan
bulan serta bintang-bintang pada hari ke empat, semua burung dan hewan laut pada hari ke lima, Binatang ternak, melata, liar dan laki-laki dan
wanita pertama pada hari ke enam.
- Kejadian 1, 1-31 -
Dan demikian mereka hidup, terdiri dari batin saja, senantiasa berbahagia, badannya mengeluarkan cahaya, bergerak di angkasa dengan jayanya,
dan bertahan begitu sampai masa yang sangat lama sekali.
Pada waktu itu bumi hanya terdiri dari massa air semata dan semuanya gelap kelam.
Tidak ada bulan atau matahari, belum ada tata-surya, bintang belum terlihat, belum ada perhitungan waktu bulan, pertengahan-bulan, tahun atau
musim, belum ada laki-laki dan wanita, hanya makhluk itu saja yang ada.
Lalu setelah jarak waktu yang sangat lama, buih-buih yang menggiurkan terbentuk diatas permukaan massa air dimana makhluk-makhluk itu

dan rasanya seperti madu murni.

bintang-bintang yang cemerlang dan Kami memeliharanya dengan sebaik-baiknya. Demikianlah ketentuan Yang Maha Perkasa lagi Maha
