Bên bảo lãnh cam kết với Ngân hàng như sau/The Guarantor undertakes that:
(i) Khách hàng có toàn quyền chủ động quyết định, đưa ra các chỉ thị phát hành, sửa đổi, thanh toán, huỷ, các giao dịch phát sinh có
liên quan đến L/C nêu trên./Client is fully entitled to give instruction on L/C issuance, amendment, settlement, cancellation or
other related transactions.
(ii) Khách hàng phải chịu mọi chi phí phát sinh liên quan đến các giao dịch theo L/C nêu trên./Client shall bear all charges and
expenses arising from L/C transactions as mentioned above.
(iii) Khi đến hạn thanh toán theo L/C, lãi, phí và các nghĩa vụ tài chính khác (nếu có), nếu Khách hàng không thực hiện thanh toán
hoặc không chấp nhận thanh toán thì chúng tôi cam kết thực hiện nghĩa vụ thanh toán và/hoặc chấp nhận thanh toán theo L/C, lãi,
phí và các nghĩa vụ tài chính khác (nếu có) thay cho Khách hàng theo văn bản thông báo của Ngân hàng mà Ngân hàng không
phải cung cấp thêm bất cứ tài liệu, chứng từ nào khác./Upon the payment under the L/C, interest, fees and other financial
obligations (if any) is due, if Client fails to effect payment or accept payment, the Guarantor undertakes to fulfil the obligations
of payment and/or payment acceptance under L/C, interest, fees and other financial obligations (if any) on behalf of the Client
according to the written notice of the Bank without further request of any additional documents.
(iv) Trường hợp Bên bảo lãnh không thực hiện hoặc thực hiện không đúng nghĩa vụ thanh toán và/hoặc không chấp nhận thanh toán
theo L/C, lãi, phí và các nghĩa vụ tài chính khác (nếu có) thay cho Khách hàng quy định tại điểm (iii) nêu trên, Bên bảo lãnh đồng
ý việc Ngân hàng chủ động trích tiền (ghi Nợ) bất kỳ tài khoản nào (tài khoản thanh toán, tài khoản tiền gửi và các tài khoản khác
của Bên bảo lãnh và/hoặc đơn vị phụ thuộc của Bên bảo lãnh mở tại Ngân hàng và/hoặc các đơn vị khác cùng hệ thống với Ngân
hàng để thu hồi số tiền Ngân hàng đã thanh toán theo theo L/C, lãi, phí và các nghĩa vụ tài chính khác (nếu có)./In case the
Guarantor fails to fulfil or improperly fulfils any obligations of payment and/or fails to accept payment under the L/C, interest,
fees and other financial obligations (if any) on behalf of the Client as specified under point (iii) herein, the Guarantor authorizes

the Bank to debit its account (including but not limted to current account, savings account and other accounts) and/or its
subsidiary’s held at the Bank and/or other units within the Bank’s system to recover the amount paid by the Bank regarding the
L/C, interest, fees and other financial obligations (if any).

Application for Letter of Credit Issuance is an integral part of the Agreement on Line of Issuance of Letter of Credit signed
between the Client and the Bank constitute an integrity and set forth the entire rights and obligations of the parties.
7. Trường hợp có sự khác nhau giữa nội dung tiếng Việt và nội dung tiếng Anh tại Đề nghị phát hành Thư tín dụng này thì nội dung
tiếng Việt được ưu tiên áp dụng./ In case of any discrepancies between the Vietnamese and English versions in this Application
for Letter of credit issuance, the Vietnamese version shall prevail.
