Over the course of the year we will be working together to learn the writing
process through various types of writing. We will guide and support the students
as they complete a gradual release of responsibility i.e. I do, We do, You do.

● Students will work to earn Panda Paws in the classroom and around
the school for showcasing the 3 R’s
Character Education
● An effort made by 4th grade teachers to instill core
values to support your child’s social, emotional, and
ethical development.
● Twice a month on Fridays students will participate
in activities, scenarios, games, or discussion to
promote a positive environment and sense of self.
Friday Fun
● Opportunity for all students to have an
additional recess on Friday afternoon
and put into practice things discussed
during character ed
