Objective: Create a simple publicity so that the common person can easily be
introjected. The idea is not to sell to sell, but our client is happy with our product.
The current situation: as a company we have begun to test the terrain to find out
about our competitors, the situation of the people around us, their tastes and their
interests in relation to the desserts topic that is our main product. The best in the
neighborhood competition is very little since there is no franchise of just desserts,
just a small amount of desserts within your premises. Here we can take advantage
of these shortcomings by giving a large number of products to choose and enjoy.
Antecedents we do not have then we are still in project knowing the land and look
for each day that we can implement in terms of pastry to please our client, we are in
construction

As a strategy: Advertising is very important to achieve goals and future customers,


using social networks that are domain almost all public, here in my municipality with
beautiful cable, we must first start locally, later we will expand. Even with the parish
priest of the neighborhood to advertise us, because in their bazaars we can leave
our products as free samples. Obviously our promotions that will be good enough so
that nobody loses them.

We do not have a large budget because we already have some machines that are
part of our raw material, and most importantly, we have the knowledge and enjoy
what we do. To live the dessert is to live the sweet life.

Regarding requirements at the time of starting with our SME, everything that the
Colombian law requires for a dairy company, mainly INVIMA trading chamber and
everything that entails, will be done. Also, if we offer quality we must be certified
before anything else.
