Minutes:
1. Christmas Kringles
While collecting donations for the SEP, the ITS club planned for an event called the
Christmas Kringles where members get to pick random exchange gift partners through raffle
draw.
There will be a specific theme, suggested by the members, for gifts every week (e.g.
something shiny, cute, soft). Each week, members are expected to give gifts with the following
selected theme to their exchange gift partners.

2. Submission of Donations for upcoming SEP

Each member was highly encouraged to give donations for children who live in Santisima
Trinidad. The OSR collects donations like school materials for the upcoming SEP Christmas party
that will be held on December 1 (Saturday).

3. Club Team Building

The ITS club has a special event called the “Team Building” for members to play along
their clubmates for the day. The event will improve the camaraderie of the club and it is a great
advantage for members to cooperate as a team.
The games that were held during the day are the following:
a. Doctor Quack-Quack
b. Longest Line
c. Charades
