Key Job Responsibilities will include:

Providing service excellent to customers to do banking transactions

Collecting information related to clients or potential clients and analyzing their needs

Providing explanation of banking products according to customer needs

Responding to customer complaints to resolve the problem

And also:

· Day-to-day office management

· Maintain administrative tasks such as filing and processing documents

· Perform ad-hoc administrative support functions / office management tasks

· Perform data management to support business unit operations

Requirement:

Minimum Diploma 3 or graduates (S1) with minimum of 2.75 from relevant fields of studies

Maximum age of 24 years old for fresh graduates and 26 years old with 2 years relevant
experience

Unmarried

Presentable and good communication skills
