Dear Mr. Principal:

In line with the information that I did not log-in at the guard’s log book for the inclusive dates
indicated in your report, some justification must be given:

1. As you can check, with Ms. Melba, I have logged in for the other dates at the log
book.
2. For the dates that I failed to do so, I forgot to log in because I was in hurry and
chose to have biometrics first then I am not aware that it is a must to log in on the
log book because there is a biometrics already. During Science day, I was in a
hurry because I need to accompany Teacher Joan to buy on the market for the
needed materials on the mentioned program.

For those inclusive dates reported, some of my colleagues can also state that I wasn’t absent.
With this regard, I promise to consistently log in at the guard’s log book every time I arrive to
school.
