Meeting Agenda:
1. Meeting for Reconciliation on LIDAR project Year 1,2 and 3

Meeting Discussion:
1. The meeting started with a prayer led by Mr. Jolly Mark Julianes.
2. Ms. Li Ann Saluna opens the meeting with the LIDAR projects that needs to be reconciled thru
subsidiary ledger, working paper and in financial report that already submitted to DOST.
3. The deadline for these reports will be on October 31, 2018 and concerted the LIDAR projects to be
distribute in accounting personnel.
4. Mr. Don Santiano suggesting on getting the BURS from the old files.
5. For the pre-audit of general funds, Mr. Don Santiano will give his tasks in pre-audit to Ms. Joy
Lacsa for the meantime. Likewise, for Ms. Li Ann Saluna the pre-audit of trust funds will be given to
Ms. Grace Sablan.
6. The accounting personnel who will be given LIDAR projects and their respective number as
follows:
Ms. Marissa Dalay – 3 projects
Ms. Rachelle Aguila – 3 projects
Mr. Don Santiano – 10 plus projects
Ms. Li Ann Saluna – 10 projects
Mr. Jolly Mark Julianes – 10 projects

7. Having no other matters to discuss, the meeting was adjourned by 4:00 p.m.
