Automatic Bell Control System

The system is designed to activate a host of actions, automatically, that needs to be

carried out at a fixed time each day. The controller performs the tasks without human
intervention, each day through out the year. This enables you to reduce valuable man
hours as well as provides protection from human errors.

The uses of the system can be multifarious but a few are -

 Automatic turning on & Off of sirens at pre-defined times.
 Automatic ringing of school bells.
 Automatic switching of Factory Lights/ Street & Premises lights.
 Automatic switching of Pumps & Motors.
 Automatic playback of Pre-recorded announcements at pre-defined times
at factories, shops, establishments, fairs & exhibitions.
INTRODUCTION:

With growing student population, more extra curricular activities and ever
increasing workload due to modernization of education, every staff member of a
school from the Principal to the peon, is under tremendous stress to finish a
daily task in a fixed time limit.

To ring the school bell at the right time is in itself a task and investment of
time, effort and money.

Imagine a school bell acting as a full time staff member and working on its own!
Yes, we have brought your imagination into reality.

Our engineers have a developed the AUTOBELL which eliminates the need of
human attention in the working of the school bell.

FEATURES :

Autobell is a sophisticated programmable unit which rings electrical Bell / Siren

automatically as per the programmed schedule. It has built in Real – Time clock
with LCD Display.

Autobell is designed to program 7 schedules. Each schedule consists 50 bells

hence user can set 50 different bells for each day.

User can assign any schedule on any day. Same schedule can also be assigned for
more than one day.

Autobell has a provision of holiday setting.

For sudden changes in schedule the Auto/Manual mode is provided. This

function enables the bell to be rung manually according to the change without
disturbing the previous setting.

Bell length from 1sec. to 60 sec.can be set, keeping in mind the necessity for
long / short Bell. Autobell is provided with this unique feature of setting the
length of every single bell.

Autobell has the provision for double bell in case the schedule requires two
consecutive bells to be rung. In case of failure of Mains Power bell will not ring
but built in clock operates on battery back up hence programmed schedule will
not be disturbed.

Autobell can be provided with optional facility to connect synchronized digital

clock System in which it acts as a master or slave.
