RENEWAL OF CONTRACT OF LEASE

Known all men by these presents:


The Renewal of Contract of Lease made and entered into by and
between:
WILLIAM CABANILLA, of legal age, Filipino Citizen, with resident
address at Limmansangan, Narvacan, Ilocos Sur, Philippines
hereinafter referred to as the LESSOR;

IMELDA G. BARDON, of legal age, Filipino Ctizen, with postal address at


222 E. Rodriguez Sr. Avenue Quezon City, hereinafter referred to as the
LESSEE;
WITNESSETH THAT:

Whereas, the LESSOR, is the absolute owner of building and lot located at
San Jose, Narvacan, ilocos Sur,
Whereas, the LESSOR, and the LESSEE entered into a Contract of Lease dated March 21
2014, identified as Doc. No. 482, Page No.91, Book No. 01, Series of 2014, in the National
Registration of Atty. Roman Mario V. Panem.

Whereas, the parties agreed to renew the said contract of lease of another one (1) year,
Now, Therefore, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, the parties
hereto have agreed and by these presents do hereby agree to renew the said
contract of lease under the following terms and conditions;
1. That the renewal shall be for the period of one (1) year beginning on August
15,
2014 to August 14, 2015, renewable for another period by mutual agreement of the parties;
2. That the monthly rental shall be Ten Thousand Pesos (Php 10.000.00)
3. That should the LESSOR sell the property, the LESSEE shall have the right of first
refusal to purchase the property.
Except as herein amended. All other terms and conditions of the aforesaid original
contract of lease are here by adopted as part of this Renewal of Lease and shall continue
to be valid, binding and effective and of full force and effect.
