WHAT YOU CAN DO AT HOME TO HELP:
● Arranging some sort of alarm to wake up in the mornings and setting a backup alarm.
● Having ‘quiet hours’ at home where after a certain time (decided by the family), the household is relatively quiet to allow the best possible sleeping
conditions.
● Screen-free time for at least 30 minutes before bedtime.
● Encourage xxxxxx to come to school and be enthusiastic about how her school day went.
