DRAFT PLAN OF SOACH VICHAR

According to the meeting held on August 30th we gathered for meeting in the evening Theka Desi
Chai , where we all discussed about the process of Soch Vichar briefly.
We all started with Whatsapp group and there we start discussing about Ice-breakers and the
team members came up with very interesting ideas. At the end we ended up with a good Ice-
breaker that is Penny in the Ring.
And we also came up with management activity that is
● Mix and Match
● Strangers to be known
In which we interact with each other.
Again we had a meeting in which I assigned work according to their capability and resources ‘

costing and advance payment

Above team is responsible for providing the cost of catering and all the other items required for
catering starting from utensils to chairs.

The above team of girls will be responsible for providing the cost and amount of things that are
required to prepare lunch

This above team is responsible for the Travel arrangement and proving the price estimation of
travel from the college to the venue

The above team is responsible for conducting Games and Activities and deciding prize for the
winners and runners up. The cost estimation of the prizes is decided by this team which has to be
given for the winning team and it’s members
LUNCH
The menu for the lunch is already decided by the team members and the concerned team is
working on the price estimation and the Amount needed
Conclusion
After finalizing the venue we will again draft a final plan with the timing.
