MODUL CUTI SEKOLAH (SAINS TINGKATAN 5)

1.A student carries out an experiment to determine the amount of sugar needed to make a
saturated sugar solution. He adds 5 grams of sugar into 100 ml of water in a beaker and stirs
the solution. He adds another 5 grams of sugar into the water and stirs the solution. He repeats
the process until no more sugar can dissolve in the water.
Seorang pelajar menjalankan eksperimen bagi menentukan kuantiti gula yang diperlukan
untuk membuat larutan gula tepu. Dia menambah 5 gram gula ke dalam bikar berisi 100 ml
air dan mengacau larutan itu. Dia menambah 5 gram gula lagi ke dalam air dan terus
mengacau larutan. Dia mengulangi proses itu sehingga tiada lagi gula yang dapat larut
dalam air.

2. Diagram below shows an experiment which is carried out to study the effect of temperature on
the growth of bacteria. All the sterile test tubes contain nutrient broth and bacteria culture at
different temperatures.
Rajah di bawah menunjukkan suatu eksperimen yang dijalankan untuk mengkaji kesan suhu
terhadap pertumbuhan bakteria. Kesemua tabung uji yang steril mengandungi bubur nutrien

3. A student wants to study the effect of temperature on fungal growth. Table below shows
how the student sets up the material for this experiment.
Seorang pelajar hendak mengkaji kesan suhu terhadap pertumbuhan kulat. Jadual di
