“ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT ON THE NATIONAL ANTI-SMOKING MONTH 2019”

Pursuant to the DepEd Memorandum No.070 s.2019,the

Department of Education shall observe the National No Smoking Month Celebration
pursuant to the Presendential Declaration no. 180 s.1993 entitled “Declaring June of
every Year as National NO smoking month.
In line with the said memorandum above, Bagakay Elementary
School actively disseminated the importance of eradicating one of the major issues
facing our nation today.This is to fully diminish the smoking vices of the youth and
made them aware about the negativity it brings.Here are some of the activities done
during the month.
*LECTURE SESSION with the member of Tau Gamma Phi

Gamma Phi Sigma, gave her lecture
about the negative effects of smoking
cigarettes and some prohibited drugs
in the human body. Students also
actively participated by sharing their
insights about the matter and
answered some questions raised by
the speakers.
