BLOCK ORGANIZATION
Reading/Listening Introduce the topic, show new vocabulary and grammar in context.
Vocabulary. Offer vocabulary practice and work on pronunciation of the new
words.
Grammar. Present the grammar formally and provide guided and semi-guided
practice.
Speaking/Writing. Integrate everything that has been taught in the lesson so fair in freer
tasks.
Skills Development. Provide a functional real-life context for the language focusing on
one language skill per block.
Project. Require students to cooperate in a process and product-based
activity that is kept in students portfolios.
