I. RATIONALE

The City of Mati National High School has scheduled Intramurals Celebration on September 6, 2019 And
Unit Meet September 20-21, 2019 for SY 2019-2020.In order to produce holistically-developed learners, a
school should sharpen not just students’ academic competence but also their co-curricular activities. One
way to do this is to let students explore their different learning areas like in the field of sports. City of
Mati National High School, in its continuous pursuit to create competent individuals, came up with the
conduct of a school-level intramurals and the qualified players will be send and compete to the Unit Meet.
II. OBJECTIVES:

1. Learn more techniques and strategies in their respective sports events.

2. Instil in their hearts and minds the significance of sports into one’s physical, mental, social,
emotional and spiritual well-being.
3. Actively participate and take part in the different games/sports held
4. Value the importance of sportsmanship and camaraderie
