Business Development Executive

We are pleased to inform you that Nspire Automation Pvt. Ltd (Centilytics) have immediate open positions
in Business Development Profile where the incumbent will be responsible for market development
activities for the company offerings in the customer accounts assigned to them, which would then be
taken to closure under leadership of respective business managers

Centilytics is a Silicon Valley-based company that helps enterprises using public clouds to govern, analyze
and optimize their cloud spend under one roof. We are a part of StartX which is a tier-1 Stanford-
based startup accelerator and have been managing millions of annual cloud consumption for all our
customers so far.

At present, Centilytics operates for both AWS and Microsoft Azure with a plan of introducing Google cloud
in near future. Our clientele base includes Lenovo, Infosys, The Wire, NASSCOM and LRN to name a few.

Shift Type: Night Shift since the candidates are being hired for global market | Cab facility will be provided
within the Noida Area (Hence, the joinees can relocate to Noida)

Job Description:
The incumbent will be responsible for market development activities for the company offerings in the
customer accounts assigned to them, which would then be taken to closure under leadership of respective
business managers.

Overall Responsibilities:

 Identifying New Sales Leads via Direct Customer Engagement.


 Qualifying the pre-generated leads over the Call/Email/Software.
 Generate own leads/References from new customers at the time of acquisition.
 Achieving Sales Target & implementing sales promotional strategies of that region.
 Speaking with business owners, CEO, CXO, decision makers & explaining the product
 Understanding the requirement of B2B customers & demonstrating the services along with
value proposition
 Establish and develop network of customers.
 Coordinating with sales team.
 Passion, desire and motivation to sell and close new business
 Strong relationship building and management skills.

Job Location: Noida

Selection Process:
 Round 1: Group Discussion Round
 Round 2: HR Interview with the shortlisted candidates
 Round 3: CEO Round at company’s office

NOTE:
Since the candidate are in middle of their education and will be joining us for full time as a trainee, we
are happy to remunerate with a monthly stipend of INR 10, 000 + incentives (negotiable upto 12k –
before 10% TDS deduction) for the period of 6 months. Once they complete their graduation, they will
come under full-fledged employment with salary package of upto 8 lacs (3.5 fixed + 4.5 variables).

They are required to submit a surety cheque against their bond, which stands cancelled on successful
completion of their 1-year bond program. Company will not use this amount until there is any breach of
contract from your side.
