 Cyclone Kenneth

Intense tropical cyclone Kenneth was a stronger tropical cyclone reaching the continent in
Mozambique since the start of modern records.

The cyclone also caused significant damage to the Comorian islands and Tanzania. This natural
phenomenon, formed in the north of Madagascar, however, allowed it to be strengthened in
tropical depression and then in tropical tempest.

The storm also began in a period of rapid intensification, with 10-minute winds sustained at 215
km / h.

Before landing Kenneth, on the other hand the local authorities evacuated more than 30000
people, in the way of the storm in the north of Mozambique. Kenneth also killed at least 48
people in total.

Everything started on April 25, 2019, Thursday, it rained a lot of afternoon at 14 o'clock, due to
the cloudy sky with strong winds but suddenly around 19 o'clock we started to see strong winds
nevertheless it was an unexpected thing we stayed in the guard of house without sleep, hungry
whole city hectic, this is trees crawling heavily and on the beach with waves about 3 meters on
the bank of the bay of Pemba. Therefore one thing that was never seen in the city of Pemba.
