Positive environment
“A good teacher can inspire hope, ignite the imagination, and instill a love of
learning”
(Brad Henry).Teacher should to create a positive environment in the classroom
for her student, to make the student enjoy their time in the classroom, to be
more excited when they learn a new concept .The first tip is to build a very strict
classroom rules, by label the rules in a clear place and in big flash card or big
handwriting, so the student can see the rules very clearly. Use some pictures to
show the rules, for example: no food allows in the class room, you can but a
picture that explained these rules so the student understand it as they in grade
one and it hard to them to read it .The second tip, always show your student that
you believe in them, encourage them, show them that everyone make mistakes
and these mistakes teach us how to find the right solutions for it, use positive
word such as,

I know you can get this” rather than “You need to try harder” or “You had this so
well yesterday. I know you can get it today”

rather than “We talked about this yesterday. Did you forget!”
Believe in yourself as a teacher, fight for your student, teach and learn, build a
great relationship with your student and their parents.
