a. Some people are biologically predisposed to become criminals.

I strongly disagree with the idea, I consider that every man is born good and fair and society
takes him to limits where they become criminals, in addition to this, many people for extreme
life situations such as torture, develop psychiatric problems that lead to criminal acts

b. Crime is a consequence of poverty.

I agree with this idea, poverty leads to criminal acts to satisfy the needs that for one reason or
another cannot be reached, however, there are other causes such as insecurity and social
relations that influence criminal behavior

c. A criminal cannot be reformed.

I strongly disagree with this idea, it is known that behavior, skills and personality can be
transformed and is able to change based on psychological work and experience of life.

d. To reduce crime, we just need more police.

I strongly disagree with this idea, to reduce crime, we must increase the opportunity to get
education for all person, child abuse avoided and create a society that provides opportunities
at every stage of people's lives.

e. Some criminals deserve the death penalty

I strongly agree with this idea, some criminals commit horrible acts such as terrorism, torture,
kidnapping and rape of children, all these crimes deserve to be punished in a way that transmits
fear towards people who wish to continue committing these crimes, death penalty is a sentence
that must be applied more rigorously to encourage greater force in the law
