EVIDENCE MY SENSE OF JUSTICE

a. Some people are biologically predisposed to become criminals.

I disagree because people are in total autonomy to make their decisions, this
regardless of their biological context, so each person decides whether to be a good
person or if on the contrary they want to become a criminal

b. Crime is a consequence of poverty.

I agree because some people find themselves in a situation of total vulnerability

and without having opportunities or help from other people, the only option they
see is to take actions based on committing crimes to get money or their daily
livelihood.

c. A criminal cannot be reformed.

I disagree because people who have committed crimes or are considered

criminals, can change, this because each person is in autonomy to improve their
life or if, on the contrary, they want to continue in the same erroneous behaviors.

d. To reduce crime, we just need more police.

I disagree, although the police is necessary and is a guarantee against crime, what
must be done is to educate people or society in general and that these people in
turn have more opportunities to get ahead.

e. Some criminals deserve the death penalty.

I agree because in some cases criminals already have mental pathologies which
make them commit crimes or even have the need to murder or attempt against the
lives of other people, which is a complex issue and in some cases requires being
eradicated from society.
